I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist. With over two decades of strength training experience I help my clients build lasting strength by creating customized workout programs that are rooted in science and tailored to your unique goals.

I train out a private gym located in the heart of downtown Oakland, CA. Nested in The Hive, we share a secure parking lot with other amazing businesses like Drake’s Dealership, Sweet Bar, The YMCA, Pro+Kinetix Physical Therapy & Performance, Nu Fitness, and many more. And the best part?

PARKING IS FREE!
